Responsibilities

Part Time Manager/ Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, calculate profits, and create financial reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, managing payroll, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Proven experience in retail or customer service management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local market trends and competition is a plus.
