Payments

What payments do you accept?

For all orders within the United States, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

My order failed, but I was still charged.

Don’t worry! This is only a temporary authorization. It will fall off of your card within 24 hours.

My payment has been declined, and my order failed.

We are very sorry to hear this. Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them. Always double check your billing address / zip code and make sure the CVV (the number on the back of your card) is correct.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

I received an incorrect item.

First, we are very sorry. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact us or email at support@kentuckybranded.com and we promise to make it right!

Can I change my order?

We may be able to edit an order before it's been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order after it's been placed.
